Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in law from Indonesian university (Master’s degree would be advantage)
  • Have minimum 8 years of legal experience (at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role). 
  • Have good Knowledge in Indonesian law, regulations & compliance frameworks.
  • Strong logical thinking ability, learning ability, communication ability, initiative & execution ability to minimize legal risk for the company.
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen in resolving business issues from the legal perspective.
  • Strong leadership, organizational & project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks & meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hold a Lawyer License from PERADI (preferred) 
  • Demonstrated ability to have well communication skill
  • Have good initiatives working attitude and hands-on  

Job Descriptions:

  • Draft & solidity agreements, contracts, and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights.
  • Handling all Legal Contracts review and its matters.
  • Develop and implement legal policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with local and national regulation.
  • Protect and provide services to the company with the best litigations practices. 
  • Professional legal for support various business on holding company.
  • Apply effectives risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues. 
  • Assure all the permit & licenses are valid, comply with regulation and manage in the most efficient way in order to gain positive value to the company liasel with GA-Permit département
  • Communicate & negotiate with external parties (regulations, external counsel, public authority) and creating relations of trust & mutual relationship.
  • To ensure all company licenses are up to date and handling renewal of the licenses, including land permit & related permit.
  • Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legal & permit matters.
  • Develop & provide training on legal issues, processes, and policies to multilevel audiences across all divisions.
  • Maintain & support the company’s ISO certification regularly.
  • Maintain OSS System and LKPM Report regularly Liasel with GA-Permit department
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contractual compliance
  • Represent as legal representatives on behalf of company In occasion of Litigation/non-litigation.
