Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree in Psychology or Law from reputable university
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in HRGA, or a similar field in FMCG/ pharmaceutical/consumer health care industry.
  • Understanding of HR regulations and recent updates to government regulations (UU Cipta Kerja).
  • Accustomed to working on HRGA administration.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; detail-oriented with excellent administrative and reporting skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory and legal aspects.
  • Analytical thinker with strong interpersonal skills for relationship development and maintenance.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, fast learner, adaptable, and willing to work on site.
  • Understanding of LKPM, OSS System, and WLKP is a plus.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both oral and written). Proficiency in Korean is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office.

Job Descriptions:

  • Assist the HRGA (Human Resources and General Affairs) in developing and implementing effective HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, arranging interview schedules, conducting required tests, and onboarding.
  • Organize and maintain employee records, including documents, attendance, leave and sick leave records, overtime, employment agreements/contracts, and the employee database.
  • Prepare and administer legal opinions, provide legal advice, and interpret services to management and employees to ensure compliance with existing laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Maintain and file employee data and all HRGA documents.
  • Record and manage all office assets.
  • Administer, manage, archive, extend, and renew company permits, licenses, legal documents, and handle OSS.
  • Prepare and review agreements and other legal documents; assist in drafting contracts.
